التميز وكرة القدم

التميز.. الكلمة التي يهفو لها الكثيرون، ويسعى لها طالبوها بكل همة واجتهاد، ولكن الكثير من أولئك لا يدركون قواعد التميز، وجهلهم ذاك مؤد لعدم بلوغهم المراد.لا يبعد معنى التميز عن كونه “سهولة معرفة الشيء من بين مشابهين له” كتعريف شخصي لي، فعندما تتحقق السهولة في معرفة الشيء فمعنى ذلك أن به ما ميزه عن غيره وجعله بينهم فريدا، لكن ذلك لا يكون تميزا إلا مع وجود أشياء مشابهة له أو مقاربة، وإلا لما كان هنالك داع للتمييز، وكذلك لا يعد ذلك الشيء مميزا، بافتقاده المشابهة من قبل الآخرين.

قد يبدو أن استلهام قواعد التميز من الرياضة أمرا غريبا غير مألوف أو غير متوقع، ولكنه إحدى طرق الإبداع في الربط بين أمرين، لا يبدر للذهن أن يستقيم بينهما ربط أو اتصال. صحيح أن ذاك الربط سيكون مع الرياضة الأكثر شعبية في العالم، ألا وهي كرة القدم، إلا أنها تمثل رمزا فقط للرياضة، فكرة القدم تشترك مع غالبية الرياضات في أن هنالك فريقا يسعى لتحقيق هدف مشترك، والحديث سيكون عن لاعبي الفريق الواحد لا عن التنافس بين فريقين مختلفين، وإليكم نماذج من هذه القواعد:

١. في فريق كرة القدم هنالك لاعبون يتوزعون بين مراكز اللعبة المختلفة، فهنالك الدفاع والوسط ولاعبو الهجوم، دون أن ننسى حراسة المرمى طبعا، ولا يمكن للكل أن يطلبوا أو يرغبوا اللعب كمهاجمين مثلا، ويتركوا باقي المراكز خالية. القاعدة: اقتنع بأن الله قد وزع القدرات، ولا تجبر نفسك على ما لا مهارة لك فيه، فيضيع وقتك وجهدك وتميزك.

٢. إن المهارات التي يتطلبها مركز الدفاع تختلف عن مهارات لاعب الوسط، والأمر ذاته منطبق على الهجوم وحراسة المرمى، وعدم معرفة اللاعب بقدراته الذاتية ومهاراته الشخصية قد تجعله لاعبا في مركز لا يتناسب وقدراته، مما يتسبب بفشله على المدى الطويل. . قاعدة التميز: اعرف مهاراتك حتى تتوافق مع المجال الذي يناسبها لتتميز.

٣. في فريق كرة القدم يتمتع حارس المرمى المجيد والمتألق بضمان مركزه لأطول فترة ممكنة؛ كون المنافسة على مركزه ضعيفة، إذ إنه لن يكون هنالك سوى حارس واحد فقط، بينما يكون هنالك تنافس شديد ومحتدم في باقي المراكز؛ كون مجموعة من اللاعبين يشغلون المنطقة نفسها تقريبا. . قاعدة التميز: اختر مجالا قليل المنافسة إذا ما توافق مع مهاراتك، فذلك سيسرع من تميزك، وابتعد عن المجال المزدحم.

٤. في الفريق يغلب أن تكون هنالك منافسة شديدة بين لاعبي الفريق في منطقة ما كالوسط أو الهجوم، ولكن قد ينجح أحدهم بإبراز نفسه من بينهم رغم تلك المنافسة الشديدة وكثرة اللاعبين عليها.. قاعدة التميز: لا بأس بالدخول في مجال مزدحم وتنافسي، ولكن بشرط أن تكون قدراتك عالية تنافسية تتيح لك اكتساح الآخرين وتضمن لك التميز.

٥. في رياضة كرة القدم يجب أن يتمتع اللاعب بلياقة بدنية كافية بالإحماء والتسخين الكافيين قبل كل مباراة، حتى تضمن له قدرته على مواصلة اللعب حتى النهاية بشكل جيد، وعدم حصول ذلك يعني أنه سيكلف فريقه خروجه من اللعبة في أية لحظة أو أن أداءه سيكون ضعيفا. . قاعدة التميز: لا تستعجل الظهور، بل اعمل على تحضير نفسك للبروز لأطول فترة ممكنة.

٦. بالطبع عندما تكون لاعب خط وسط أو مهاجما فإنك لا تمتلك مهارات المراكز الأخرى أو اللاعبين الآخرين، ولكنك رغم ذلك تستطيع الفوز بالمباراة، بمعية أولئك اللاعبين الذين يتكفلون بالقيام بالأدوار الأخرى نيابة عنك. . القاعدة: ليس عليك معرفة كل شيء حتى تتميز. استعن بفريق من الماهرين في أعمالهم، يقومون بها نيابة عنك. “اعمل بذكاء وليس بجهد”.
